Gilead Community Services' mission is to provide a broad range of high quality health care and recovery support services in the home and community to improve mental health, physical well being, independence, and community integration for the individuals we serve.

Current Stakeholder Input Results:
Gilead Community Services’ leadership is responsible for directing the agency’s overall activities and progress in fulfilling our mission, supporting our clients’ recovery, providing education to the community & public policy makers about the importance of our services, and creating a positive work environment. Gilead’s style has been to solicit, collect, analyze, and use input from all stakeholders (see links below) to create services that meet or exceed the expectations of the persons served, the community, and other stakeholders. This process is a continuous life cycle of quality improvement in which Gilead seeks and uses the input it gets from its stakeholders to provide the highest quality care for people we serve. We want to thank and acknowledge those clients, staff, Board members, family members, significant others, and community partners who have given us input during this year. It is this strong partnership that is the foundation for helping our agency fulfill its mission and continue the legacy of innovative high quality healthcare and recovery support services that improve lives and build futures.
